I want to cry (T.T)

Suspension and excitement build and build. You’ve been dreaming about this moment, fantasizing about it, waiting for it in utter disbelief, because it seems so good, too good to be true. And still, the moment is almost here and you’re having trouble controlling your heartbeat and the butterflies in your stomach. Your dream is about to come true, and then, it doesn’t. Canceled. And you repeat this three times as the days go by, each time you’re more eager, each time the let-down is harder. And you just know that the fourth time is the one. And you’re wrong. You’re heart sinks for the fourth time. You’re world turns gray for the fourth time. Now you’re so hurt and angry, impatient, that you don’t want to believe that the fifth time will be the charm, yet you can’t help that you do, and it kills you slowly. You almost just want to forget everything, but the reward for waiting would be a million times worth all the pain, if you were to achieve it. So, you hold out. Or at least, you try to, again.
